Cinnamon Leaf

Cinnamon leaf oil has a “musky and spicy” smell. A middle note of medium aroma, it has a warm, spicy scent between that of clove and cinnamon, but with herbaceous notes that are not sweet. It provides a stimulating and energizing atmosphere. Also, to relieve pain and inflammation, use it as massage oil with a carrier oil to treat swollen and aching muscles and joints.

How-to: Add 10-15 drops to your diffuser to spread essential oils throughout your space.

Don’t Forget: Essential oils should always be diluted properly before topical use. Usually only a few drops are needed for diluting in an ounce of carrier oil.

Always keep the concentration of the oil in mind and start with the lowest number of drops, then increase as desired.

Cautions: Dilute very well before use; for external use only. May cause skin irritation in some individuals; a skin test is recommended prior to use. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician.
